Registering for this virtual course, you consent to allow ISI-SDP to store and process the information submitted. Registration Fee

  • Registration for this virtual workshop is personal to Participant. Viewing and materials may not be shared with non-registered individuals without express consent from ISI-SDP.
  • Each participant is limited to one (1) device to access/login into the virtual course.
  • Registration is non-transferable without written notification to ISI-SDP.
  • Registration of participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • ISI-SDP reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to the date of the virtual course.
  • Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the virtual course and cannot be pro-rated.

Taxes

Fees paid by participants are inclusive of the required tax (SST) in Malaysia, and payment of such tax will be fulfilled by ISI to the relevant government agency/body in Malaysia. Any other tax deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any other country where the participants are from are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation Policy

  • A processing fee of RM100.00 will be charged for cancellation received before 3 July 2021
  • No refund for cancellation received after 3 July 2021.
  • Participants who failed to attend, or only attend some parts of the course, or only attend one day of the course, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to ISI-SDP before 3 July 2021. Email your cancellation request to info@susdep.com.

    Course Guidelines

    • Documentation Presentation slides will not be published physically. These will be presented online and can only be viewed by registered participants.

    Course Deliverables

    • An on-demand version of the live event sessions will be made available only to registered participants.
    • The PowerPoint content presented (course modules) will be shared online for registered participants only, for participants’ personal and non-commercial use.
    • Provision of the live event sessions and presentation materials by presenters/speakers will signify their permission for ISI-SDP to do so.

    Certificate of Attendance

    All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance. The certificate will be made available after the live event after participants have completed the required viewing/participation time. 

    Code of Conduct

    1. ISI-SDP is committed to providing a professional, friendly and safe environment for all participants at its events, regardless of gender, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin or other protected class.
    2. This code of conduct outlines the ISI-SDP expectations for all participants, including attendees, presenter/speakers and sponsors. Cooperation is expected from everyone, and ISI-SDP will actively enforce this code throughout this virtual course.
    3. Participants will be provided with personalised credentials allowing them access to the virtual course. These credentials are personal and non-transferable. Non-registered individuals and minors will not be able to access the virtual course, unless upon prior agreement with ISI-SDP.
    4. ISI-SDP expects all event participants to help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated during any portion of a meeting or event. Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:
    • Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions.
    • Harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments or visual images related to gender, race, religion, disability or other personal characteristics, including those protected by law.
    • Inappropriate contact including via electronic communications.
    • The production or non-consensual sharing of harassing non-consensual photography or unwanted recording, including nudity and/or sexual images in virtual workshop (in any format, electronic or otherwise).
    • Real or implied threat of professional or financial damage or harm.
    • Inappropriate and sustained disruption of sessions, meetings and/or events.
    • Photographing, video or audio recording of slides, oral or presentations without prior written permission from ISI-SDP.
    • Violating the rules and regulations of the virtual event platform.
    • Cybercrime and dubious online practices include but not limited to phishing, spamming, spoofing and cyberstalking.
    • Inappropriate self-presentation or attire. Business casual dress code is preferred.
    • Reporting of harassment and disruptive behaviours can be made to info@susdep.com. Consequences of misconduct may include:
      • Immediate removal from meetings and/or events without warning.
      • Restrictions from future ISI-SDP events.

    5. ISI-SDP reserves all rights to take any action to prevent and report violations of the Code of Conduct, including blocking access to ISI-SDP events. ISI-SDP cannot investigate reports of harassment or other misconduct during the virtual event but may inform the appropriate departments of the accused person’s host institution about any such filed report.

    Photography and Videography

    • ISI-SDP encourages open and respectful discussion in the live event environment, participants are not allowed to post images or video online without obtaining permission. Participants are required to respect the privacy of others and refrain from any unauthorised or unwelcomed recording or photography, including recording of any direct or indirect interactions or electronic messaging. Participants are not allowed to take photos or videos of presentation materials shown without prior written consent by ISI-SDP.
